  • Pallet Delivery: For an additional charge, we can arrange delivery via a pallet delivery company. The cost varies based on your location, typically around £50-£75 for one pallet. We'll provide a precise quote when you express interest in this option.

  • Self-Arranged Delivery: You also have the flexibility to arrange your own delivery service. This allows you to choose a carrier that best fits your schedule and needs.

Order and Payment Process:

  1. Placing Your Order: After you place your order on our website, we will review it and send you a confirmation email to ensure all details are correct.
  2. Payment: Payment must be cleared by bank transfer  before we can proceed with your order. This step is crucial for a smooth preparation and delivery process.

Order Preparation and Collection/Delivery:

  1. Order Preparation: We aim to prepare your order within 1 business day after payment has been cleared.
  2. Collection/Delivery: Depending on your chosen method, you can either collect your order in person from our warehouse or have it delivered by the selected service the next day.
