Troyanska Plum Rakia is one of Bulgaria's most renowned fruit brandies, crafted from carefully selected blue plums grown in the famous Troyan region. Produced using traditional Bulgarian distillation methods, this authentic plum rakia is celebrated for its rich fruit character, exceptional smoothness and distinctive aroma.

Only fully ripened plums are selected before being carefully processed and fermented under controlled conditions to preserve their natural flavour and aroma. The spirit is then matured in oak barrels, where it develops its beautiful golden colour, smooth finish and complex character.

Aged plum rakia is appreciated for its elegant balance of ripe plum flavours, subtle oak notes and long, warming finish. It is an excellent choice as an aperitif or served alongside traditional Bulgarian cuisine.

Troyanska Plum Rakia pairs beautifully with cured meats, cheeses, grilled dishes, olives, nuts and traditional Bulgarian appetisers. Older vintages also complement desserts and dark chocolate.
