Produced according to an old Bulgarian recipe from quality cow's milk, delivered from approved elite farms. "Bozhentsi" cow yogurt has undergone a process of lactic acid fermentation under the action of a sourdough containing Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus isolated in Bulgaria, guaranteeing the production of a product with the traditional characteristic taste, typical aroma and consistency.
